Safety is the top consideration for every aspect of the operation of the summer school, each of which is constantly monitored for new hazards/risks.

All of the summer school managers are highly experienced. Summer school managers are fully aware of any potential risks, both on and off campus, and do everything possible to protect students; this includes informing staff, group leaders, students, and summer school staff of their concerns.

Lastly, the college has their own security staff, which in addition to the summer school staff, provides a further level of protection.

Arrival / Departure

The arrivals and departure process is extremely important to all concerned, particularly due to safety and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

All groups and individuals that have organised airport transfers with will be met at the airport either by a summer school staff member or by a chauffeur, who will be carrying a card with group/individual details. This person will then accompany the student(s)/group to the campus.

Regardless of airport transfer bookings, all groups and individuals will be met upon arrival by one or more members of the management staff.

At our new Vancouver campus, for example, students will be met by directors Paul Romani and Alexis Birner.

All departures will be supervised by management. Groups and individuals who have booked airport transfers with will be accompanied to the airport by a member of the summer school team.
